Return Policy

As everything at Monsieur Moon is made-to-order, we craft every piece with the utmost intention and with the hope that it will become a treasured part of your collection. Accordingly, if you have minor concerns or questions about your piece, it would be our pleasure to help you resolve them, prior to your considering a return. 

However, if you are ultimately certain that you would like to return your piece, please view our policy as follows:

On items eligible for return, return requests must be submitted within 10 days of your purchase being delivered to you. Only unworn, unengraved items with a full price of $500 or less are eligible for return, if they are returned to us in the condition that you received them. 

• In-depth eligibility for return: 

• Items with a full price of $500 or less, prior to any discounts, are eligible for return

• Items with a full price of $501 or more, prior to any taxes or shipping costs, are not eligible for return

• Custom pieces, as in pieces that have been designed or personalized specifically for you, are not eligible for return 

• Items that have been worn or that otherwise are not returned to us in the condition that they were sent to you are not eligible for return 

• Items that have been custom engraved are not eligible for return 

To initiate a return on eligible items:

1. Visit our website at monsieurmoon.com, and login to your customer account using the credentials associated with your order

2. Via your account dashboard, locate your purchase in your order history

3. Select the item(s) that you wish to return; you will not be able to select items that are ineligible for return 

4. Complete the return form by filling out the required fields, including the reason for your return

5. Submit your request; you will receive a confirmation email along with a return label for approved returns

6. Package your item safely, as it was delivered to you, and affix the return label securely to the outside of the package

7. Drop the package off at the shipping service selected for your return

Once Monsieur Moon has received your return and verified that it meets our eligibility requirements, we will reimburse your order to the original payment method, excepting any shipping costs or duties.
