Each product is handcrafted, which means there is room for us to customize most items to meet your individual specifications. Therefore, while we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges, we are always willing to make alterations at the time of production. The process begins in New York City, where inspiration from the night sky guides thoughtful design, driven by our family's commitment to story and craftsmanship. The jewelry then undergoes a careful finishing process—polished, inspected, and packaged with care—before being shipped directly from NYC to the customer.
