Due to the fact that each piece is made to order uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, but we will always do what we can to make sure you are satisfied with your order. Each product is handcrafted, which means there is room for us to customize most items to meet your individual specifications. Therefore, while we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges, we are always willing to make alterations at the time of production. If you wish to make alterations, please contact us at info@monsieurmoon.com before you place your order, and we can discuss the feasibility of your requested specifications.

The process begins in New York City, where inspiration from the night sky guides thoughtful design, driven by our family's commitment to story and craftsmanship. After an order is placed, skilled artisans craft each piece with premium materials and meticulous attention to detail. The jewelry then undergoes a careful finishing process—polished, inspected, and packaged with care—before being shipped directly from NYC to the customer. Each piece is unique—intentionally crafted to become a meaningful part of your story.
