Each product is handcrafted, which means there is room for us to customize most items to meet your individual specifications. Therefore, while we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges, we are always willing to make alterations at the time of production. The jewelry then undergoes a careful finishing process—polished, inspected, and packaged with care—before being shipped directly from NYC to the customer. Each piece is unique—intentionally crafted to become a meaningful part of your story.
