Monsieur Moon ships internationally to 27 countries/regions, including the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and more. International orders are shipped via:

- USPS International (discounted rates, calculated at checkout)
Transit times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Duties and taxes may be prepaid at checkout, depending on your selection.

Each product is handcrafted, which means there is room for us to customize most items to meet your individual specifications. Therefore, while we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges, we are always willing to make alterations at the time of production. The process begins in New York City, where inspiration from the night sky guides thoughtful design, driven by our family's commitment to story and craftsmanship. After an order is placed, skilled artisans craft each piece with premium materials and meticulous attention to detail. The jewelry then undergoes a careful finishing process—polished, inspected, and packaged with care—before being shipped directly from NYC to the customer. Each piece is unique—intentionally crafted to become a meaningful part of your story.
